WTAJ reports that 38 year old Orsino Thurman of Wisconsin, is looking at jail time and is expected to plead out on charges he took part in a near riot in Bedford County in 2020. Thurman was with a group of protesters heading to Washington D.C. To protest against former President Trump, when they marched through Bedford County and shots rang out. An Everett man, Terry Myers was originally charged with firing those shots, but most of those 38 charges were dismissed. Thurman was to go on trial next week, but has apparently struck a plea deal with the district attorney.
