The Altoona Mirror reports that Russell Lee Harold III was given 2.5-5 years in prison for not giving the correct information about his sex offender registry status to authorities. He was labled as a sex offender after he pleaded guilty to the indecent assault of an inmate inside the Cambria County jail back in 2014. from this plead agreement, more serious charges were dropped. Harold gave a false address while reporting his status to police, which is a violation of part of his sentence. Harold gave the address of his mother to police, instead of his own address. He was found guilty last December in a trial by judge scenario in Blair County court.
