State police report the accident occurred along Rt. 30 in Juniata Twp. shortly before 8:30 Saturday night. The report indicates that 54 year old Dennis Fairman of Albion in Erie County, was driving on Rt. 30 when he lost control of his vehicle while rounding a curve in the road. The car went off the road and overturned into a ditch. It then crashed into an embankment and came to rest. Fairman was pronounced dead at the scene. State police are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
