Pa State Police report that the accident occurred along Steward Street Hill in Leidy Twp a little after 4 am Saturday. Troopers say that 38 year old Rachel Gaddis of Spring Mills was thrown from the ATV and pinned underneath the vehicle after the crash. Gaddis was pronounced dead at the scene. 2 other people suffered serious injuries and were taken to area hospitals. Police say the driver of the ATV crashed into a tree, went down an embankment and struck a second tree before rolling over. Gaddis was a member of the State College area roller derby team.
