A report by WJAC on Friday indicates that police have charged Kendal Marks of Maryland with the sexual assault of a woman in Elizabeth Hall at the school back in December, which was not reported until February. The police reported that marks and the victim agreed to hang out together, when she claims that marks began to grope her, then attack her sexually. She managed to break free and get out of the room. Video evidence shows the two entering the building, but marks leaving alone later. Marks is listed as a defensive back on the red flash football team. Marks was arraigned last week, charged with rape, aggravated indecent assault, and sexual assault. This is the third reported incident of sexual assault involving a red flash football player within the past year.
