2 teens charged with assault in Altoona

According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 18 year olds Creedance Port and James Dubanik after the alleged assault last Friday. The report indicates that Port and Dubanik were reportedly taunting the two teenage girls as they were walking a dog on the 1100 block of 13th avenue. When one of the girls went and got her father, a fight broke out when he told the suspects to leave. Both took off after police were called. They were both arrested trying to get back to port’s house. He became beligerent when police tried to arrested him, and had to be forcibly taken into custody. Port and Dubanik are charged with aggravated assault, and weapons possession. Port faces additional charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and resisting arrest.
