The Altoona Mirror reports that senior Judge Thomas Ling of Bedford County ruled last Friday that D.A. Pete Weeks cannot prosecute the case against Michael Cohen. Cohen has been charged with presenting alleged false documents in a protection from abuse case from back in march. Judge ling stated that weeks could be called as a potential witness by the defense in this case. Cohen is charged with presenting a document to District Judge Ben Jones in the PFA case that was allegedly dated march 14. But investigation turned up evidence that the document had actually been signed march 15. The document would have lifted the PFA from Cohen’s client.
