A report by WTAJ indicates that police have charged 21 year old Samuel Curdo of West Chester, for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 15 year old girl from Cambria County last year. Police say that Curdo and the victim has sex after police found evidence which proved that allegation on his cellphone. This all came to light after police say a 19 year old came forward last year and accused Curdo of sexually assaulting her in December of last year. Curdo is charged with felony statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and indecent assault of a person less than 16 years old.
