A report by WTAJ indicates that a U.S. Postal inspector intercepted package mailed from California that contained illegal drugs. The package was to be shipped to an address on Crawford Avenue, but authorities discovered the addressee did not live there. Taken into custody were 26 year old, Breanna Turner of Altoona and 29 year old Kareem Bailey of Newark New Jersey. A k-9 dog sniffing officer alerted police to the package, which turned out to contain nearly 5 lbs of methamphetamines. A controlled delivery of the package was set up, and Bailey and Turner were arrested. Both were arraigned yesterday and are locked up in the Blair County jail on $200,000 bail each.
