Local news reports indicate that Damien Green has pleaded guilty to several charges in connection with the shooting death of Devon Pfirsching. Green pled guilty on Friday to 3rd degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and other charges. Green’s attorney said that his client did not want to go through a trial, and this was the best soultion for all. Green was sentenced to 15-30 years in prison, followed by 16 years of probation. Owen Southerland, Omedro Davis and Logan Persing all are serving time for their part in the murder. Blair county D.A. Pete weeks said he was happy with the outcome, and that all 4 defendants were sentenced in adult court, and they will serve the correct amount of time for their crime.
