News reports from Harrisburg told of the website where folks were directed to purchase their licenses apparently crashed just an hour after people started going online to purchase those licenses. Many people went to businesses to purchase their licenses experienced long wait times in line, and many just gave up. Many spoke of being on a waiting list that topped some 80,000 in line to purchase the licenses. Some business owners expressed frustration with the new system, saying it took away from their regular business practice.
