WJAC reports that police have now charged 53 year old Kenneth Sweeney with providing a knife to a 14 year old girl to stab another 15 year old. The incident stemmed from a robbery call back on April 9th. Police found the 15 year old with stab wounds, and she said she was attacked by the 14 year old. After further investigation, police discovered that Sweeney allegedly gave the knife to the suspect and told her to commit the stabbing. This apparently was over a cellphone that was allegedly stolen from the victim during the assault. Police then say it was Sweeney who provided the phone to the victim, and asked her for sex. She refused and would not give Sweeney the phone. That is when he allegedly asked the 14year old to get the phone back, and that is when the girl was stabbed. Sweeney is jailed on numerous counts.
