Television news reports say that police arrested 19 year old Abdul Carter on charges of possession back on august 8th. Police say that a fire alarm was set off by the smoke coming allegedly from carter’s room at the Nittany Apartments. Carter reportedly admitted to smoking the pot to police. A bag given to police tested positive for THC. Assistant athletic director Greg Kincaid gave a brief statement that the situation will be handled and that this incident does not reflect the values and standards of the football program.
