According to the report filed by WJAC, state police in Indiana County report they have charged 18 year old Spencer Baker of Indiana with making a threat against the Homer Center School District. Troopers say that baker reportedly sent a Homer Center student a Snapchat photo of himself holding a shotgun. Several students reported the video to school officials. Police say that baker was apparently headed to the school with the weapon, but was arrested at his home and taken into custody, charged with making a terroristic threat. He is lodged in the Indiana County jail on $50,000 bail.
