The Altoona Mirror reported that Judge Jackie Bernard sentenced Richard Sensibaugh to 67.5-135 year is prison for the repeated assaults of the girls, and his video recording the incidents on his cellphone. One victims mother found the videos on Sensibaugh’s phone and alerted police. Judge Bernard told Sensibaugh in court that what she saw on his phone warranted the sentence. His attorney asked for just a 10 year sentence, since he claimed that Sensibaugh did not actually watch the video of his rapes of the children, and did not use them for any other purpose. The court anticipates an appeal of the sentence.
