A report by WTAJ indicates that charges have been brought against 33 year old Cory Everhart of Huntingdon for carrying that weapon in his car, after he refused to take a drug test. Everhart was apparently caught at work on September 25th with slurred speech, and was behaving erratically when confronted. After refusing the drug test, his vehicle was searched and a gun was found inside the center console of his vehicle. Authorities said that Everhart did not have a conceal carry permit for the gun. He is charged with bringing contraband to doc property and carrying without a permit.
