A report by WTAJ indicates that police arrested Anthony Bruno of Mingoville after he allegedly beat is girlfriend, hit a second woman and then tried to gouge the eyes of a man who intervened. Police said that Bruno and his girlfriend were fighting when the second couple tried to help her. That is when Bruno allegedly hit the second woman and wrestled with her boyfriend and tried to take his eyes out. Bruno was found hiding behind a shed in Huston Twp on Elderberry Lane. Bruno is locked up in the Centre County jail, charged with assault, simple assault harassment and criminal mischief.
