The City of Altoona will hold another round of Open Houses for those who want to be part of the effort to shape the City’s new Comprehensive Plan. The community is invited to learn about key findings and weigh in on how the City should invest in its future priorities. The first Open House will be held next Monday, Dec., 4th from 3-4:30 pm at the Juniata Civic Association Building, and the second open House will be held next Tuesday, Dec., 5th from 6-7:30 pm at the Trolleyworks Business Park.
