Two people have pled guilty in Blair County Court to murder and other charges in a drug selling dispute that resulted in the shooting deaths of two Altoona people, at their home, in May of 2020. 35 year old Isiah Payne of Philadelphia is facing life in prison for the deaths of 52 year old Natalie Washington and 28 year old Mikal Jackson-Stevenson. Also pleading guilty in the deaths was 34 year old Onya Lewis of Gallitzin. Both Payne and Lewis are to face sentencing hearings in December. The two have been in the Blair County Prison since their arrests in July of 2020.
