The University of Pennsylvania is naming Dr. J. Larry Jameson as its interim president. The news comes days after former head Liz Magill was ousted after her comments on antisemitism on college campuses. Jameson is the head of UPenn’s medical school and is currently the longest serving dean at the university. He released a statement saying calls for genocide violate the behavioral standards of the school and must be condemned.
