Authorities are investigating a deadly accident that took place Wednesday morning in Indiana County. A bicyclist riding southbound along Route 119 in White Township was hit by a pickup truck traveling in the same direction. Rider, Noah Chappell, from Indiana, was fatally injured. The crash has been ruled as an accident.
