The area was slammed by another winter storm yesterday that dumped about 4 inches of snow in the morning and another 2 inches of rain in the afternoon. There were minor traffic accidents reported, but nothing serious. Power outages were also an issue thru out the state, with many affected here in Central Pa. In the meantime, in addition to a flood watch that’s still in effect in our region, a high wind warning has also been issued by the National Weather Service. The warning is in effect until 6 this evening. Both Blair and Bedford Counties are affected by the warning, which means we could see gusts from anywhere from 50-60 mph.
