A 23-year-old man will appear in State College Court today on charges stemming from accusations of forcing a State College student to have sex with him and recorded the alleged assault on his phone. Gabrielle Uribe of Charleroi, Washington County, faces felony charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse by forcible compulsion, sexual assault, among other charges. Uribe has been free on a 65-thousand-dollar bond since he was arrested last week for the alleged assault that happened in October of 2021.
