All driver’s license and photo centers will be closed across the state on Saturday and Monday. Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation say they’ll be closed both days in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Junior holiday. The closing includes the PennDOT full-service center in Harrisburg. Customers may still find many services on line including all forms, publications and driver training manuals. There are no fees for using online services.
