Scott Barger has announced his intentions to run for State Representative of the 80th District, pitting him against incumbent Jim Gregory. Barger officially made the announcement last evening. Barger says if he is elected he will be a common-sense conservative in Harrisburg. The 80th district covers parts of Blair and Huntingdon Counties.
