Most of the region is in for a very windy, very cold weekend that could include some power outages. Forecasters say a wind advisory is in effect from now until Saturday night for much of central Pennsylvania. The winds will be accompanied by a blast of bitter cold that will last into next week that could bring very cold temperatures. Some experts say it might be the most widespread and coldest air mass of the winter.
