Federal prosecutors have charged a Pennsylvania man with illegally operating a drone during the AFC Championship in Baltimore last month. The incident caused a brief pause for a couple of minutes during the first quarter of the game. Prosecutors say the defendant — 44-year-old Matthew Hebert from Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania — operated the drone without a license or a Remote Pilot Certificate. For safety reasons, the F-A-A issues a Temporary Flight Restriction during large sporting events. Hebert faces up to a year in a federal program if convicted.
