Six family members are dead after a standoff and house fire near Philadelphia. Officers were called to the scene in East Lansdowne Wednesday afternoon and were immediately met with gunfire. Two officers were hit but are expected to be okay. There are reports the alleged shooter is dead, along with his brother, sister-in-law, and their three children. It’s believed the home was intentionally set on fire during the rampage. Recovery operations are underway. Authorities say they’ll likely have to rely on dental records to identify the victims.
