State Police have arrested an Altoona man who allegedly was communicating inappropriately with a 15 year old that turned out to be an undercover police officer. He’s 32 year old Daniel Roberts who is now facing charges of criminal attempt of indecent deviant sexual intercourse and numerous other counts. He has been placed in the Blair County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
