The Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania is announcing the first egg of the season is in the Hays bald eagle nest. The organization says the adult eagles have been seen on camera moving the egg around to keep it at a constant temperature. Two eggs were hatched last year and two eaglets eventually fledged the nest. The Audubon Society has had a new webcam installed to increase streaming video quality at the nest this year.
