
Motorists hit highways and byways of Pennsylvania with higher prices at the pump this past weekend. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose slightly Friday in the Keystone State to a tenth to over three dollars, 55 cents, this as the corresponding national figure was also up, settling on Friday to just under three thirty-five. The cheapest gas was found in Louisiana, with the Magnolia State figure coming in at just under three oh one. At the opposite end of the gas-price spectrum, motorists in California were facing an average price at the pump of just under four bucks, 89 cents.
