Drivers in State College can expect some traffic delays as work on Atherton Street continues. Beginning today, road crews will be restricting traffic on Atherton between Curtin Road and Clay Lane to one lane of travel in each direction. One lane in each direction between Westerley Parkway and West Irvin Avenue will also be closed. Traffic control will be provided by flaggers from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
