A Somerset County man is behind bars today after he was accused of raping a child over a period of several years. 35 year old Wayne Warnick of Stoystown, is in the Somerset County Prison on charges of rape of a child, deviate sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault of a person less than 13 and numerous other counts. The charges came after the child told a therapist that Warnick had allegedly made the child perform oral sex and then was raped. Bail has been set at $150,000. A preliminary hearing has been set for March 21st.
