Students at Penn Highlands Community College in Johnstown will now have the opportunity to transfer to a college in Pittsburgh to complete their bachelor’s degree. Penn Highlands made the announcement yesterday stating they have signed an articulation agreement with Point Park University. The agreement gives students 15 different options to choose to transfer to point Park. Plus, all full-time on-campus students will be awarded a Merit Scholarship from $14,000 to $20,000 per year once accepted to Point Park. Point Park is the 33rd college to sign an articulation agreement with Penn Highlands.
