Motorists in Pennsylvania are shelling out a little extra cash as they top off the tank.  As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose Friday in the Keystone State to just under three dollars, 64 cents, this as the corresponding national figure also increased to settle at a little over three fifty-eight.  By the way, oil companies raised the price of gasoline in anticipation of heavier traffic, as motorists scramble to their favorite spots to catch the solar eclipse.
