Pennsylvania’s governor is taking the next step toward a statewide network of electric vehicle charging stations.  The Shapiro Administration has announced 20 million-dollars in spending for the Alternative Fuel Corridors network. The governor says this latest round of money will ‘fill in the gaps.’  The goal is to have an EV charger, or other alternative fuel station, every 50 miles along the  I-81/I-78 corridor, and along I-80 from New Jersey to Iowa.  The latest 20 million will come from Pennsylvania’s 171 million-dollar alternative fuel project that’s already underway.
