The road between Portage and Lilly still remains closed, as does State Route 403, Tire Hill Road from Ferndale Avenue to Greenhouse Park. Finally, traffic is still restricted on two of three lanes on Menoher Blvd., between Susan Drive and Barnett street in Johnstown, until further notice. All are closed because of damage that occurred from recent heavy rains.
