Gas prices are down slightly in the Keystone State. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular inched downward last Friday in Pennsylvania to three-dollars-81-cents. The national average is at three-66 a gallon. Costs remain lowest in Mississippi at just under three-oh-nine a gallon. California stays at the high end at five-dollars-41-cents a gallon.
