A Martinsburg man will spend the next ten years in prison for his role in an illegal firearms and manufacturing business that operated in Altoona from May of 2022 to April of last year. 48 year old Harry Miller’s sentenced was handed down yesterday by U.S. District Judge Stephanie Haines. Miller, along with former Altoona Police Officer, 51 year old Craig Zahradnik, were arrested last year, for manufacturing and selling homemade firearms, hit kits and ammo. Zahradnik is still awaiting his sentence.
