A 62 year old Cresson man is facing charges after he has been accused of inappropriately touching a 14 year old girl. Arrested was James Kline who allegedly began touching the teen inappropriately at a bus stop. The minor reportedly told authorities Kline had been allegedly touching her and that she had come forward to her parents, and a counselor. Reportedly the teen began talking with Kline last year when he started giving her and her brother rides to school. The teen claimed that Kline would give her hugs for long periods of time and would refer to her as “love” and “baby girl.” Kline reportedly told authorities he did text the girl, but did not have a physical relationship with her. He is facing charges of corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor. He has a preliminary hearing slated for June 11th.
