Police across the Commonwealth will begin issuing warnings for drivers caught using cellphones behind the wheel.  The move comes as Pennsylvania prepares for Senate Bill 37 to go into effect one year from now.  The State General Assembly passed the bill that makes it illegal to use a handheld device capable of sending messages while driving.  Once the law takes effect, anyone cited will be forced to pay a 50-dollar fine.
