A Clearfield woman who was accused of smuggling drugs into the Clearfield County Prison where three inmates overdosed and one died, was sentenced yesterday. 39 year old Angela Ricketts pled guilty to felony drug delivery resulting in death. Ricketts reportedly had been arrested last July following an encounter with DuBois City Police at a hotel. She was incarcerated but had drugs concealed in her body. Once in jail she gave three inmates drugs. Two overdosed, and one died. Ricketts was sentenced a total of 87 months to 20 years in state prison.
