Malphine Fogel says she is stunned following the assassination attempt at the Trump rally on Saturday. The 95-year-old Butler resident was at the campaign event to urge the former president and presumptive GOP nominee to help bring home her son, Marc Fogel. She says Trump spoke with her and promised to get Marc released from a Russian prison less than 30 minutes before shots rang out at the Butler Farm Show grounds. Marc Fogel has been imprisoned since he was found in possession of medical marijuana at an airport near Moscow in 2022.
