A nearly naked Clearfield man was caught after trying to jump-off a bridge to avoid being arrested. Clearfield Police arrested 31-year-old Nicholas Osborn. Police say they received a call earlier in the week about a naked man in the middle of River Road in Clearfield. When police arrived they reportedly found Osborn wearing underwear, shoes and a hat. They also report he was under the influence. Osborn fled when he saw authorities, and dove into a river to avoid arrest, however police did find him later, and took him into custody. He’s been charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest and numerous other counts. He is in the Clearfield County Prison in lieu of bail.
