A Cumberland County prison inmate that fled earlier this week, is back in custody. Authorities said 62-year-old Karl Zimmerman was found yesterday by officers in Cambria County. Zimmerman had left the facility Monday to go to his work release orientation, but never showed up. He was arrested yesterday by Jackson Township Police near Nanty Glo. He was set to be released in December, but is now facing escape charges.
