A former mayor of Altoona has passed away. Eighty-five-year-old Tom Martin died Friday morning. Martin served two-terms as mayor beginning in January of 1998. Visitation is to be held today from 9-11 this morning at the Jon C. Russin Funeral Home in Bellwood.
