Luigi Mangione, the murder suspect apprehended in Altoona on December 9th at McDonalds on Plank Road, is due back in court in New York City today, where he’s expected to be arraigned on state charges. This, after the 26-year-old Ivy League grad appeared in federal court on Thursday to face charges of murder, stalking and a firearms offense in the fatal shooting of United HealthCare CEO Brian Thompson on December 4th. The Manhattan DA’s office says they have been coordinating with the feds on Mangione’s arraignment on eleven state charges that include murder with a terrorism enhancement.
