A Pennsylvania State Trooper, struck by a vehicle Saturday in Somerset County, is recovering from injuries today. The officer reportedly sustained head, pelvis and leg injuries. The officer was assisting at the scene of a disabled vehicle on Route 31, when hit. There are reports multiple people were taken into custody. The accident remains under investigation.
