A 41-year-old St. Boniface man is behind bars today after he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl last summer in his home, while she slept. Arrested by the Hastings Borough Police Department was James Vasbinder, who has been charged with a felony for corruption of minors, and other related counts. Authorities say Vasbinder was intoxicated when he allegedly assaulted a teenage relative in his Elder Township home. He has been placed in the Cambria County Prison. Bail has been set at $50,000.
