Penn State’s Trustees have approved a 92 million dollar plan that would renovate several residence halls. The plan would completely update Pollock, Ritner and Wolf halls by replacing outdated building systems and provide new amenities such as private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The upgrade is expected to be completed next year. The plan also included the purchase of several real estate properties throughout the state, one being in State College, along Innovation Park Boulevard, for the construction of an acute care rehab hospital.
